Getting there

CABIN: 95 Chinkipin Road, Broken Bow, OK 74728

DIRECTIONS: Follow these directions to get to the cabin.

  • GPS to "the tasting room" at 37 N. Lukfata Trail, Broken Bow, Oklahoma, 74728.

  • Keep going down the road approximately 1/2 mile.

  • Turn left onto Basswood (just before the large creek bridge). Immediately, at the "T" in the road, then turn right on Chinkapin. Water Music sets at the end of the lane, straight ahead.

  • Look for the Beavers Bend Adventures sign.

Check-in / Check-Out: 

 

  • Check-in time is any time after 4:00 PM. Alarm system is NOT disarmed cabin until check-in time.

  • Please check-out promptly by 11 am.

  • Please do not leave dirty dishes in your cabin.

  • Remove all food from the refrigerator.

  • Lock all the windows and doors and leave the door key secured inside the lock box with the code scrambled.

  • The cleaners will appreciate it if you start one load of towels in the washer.

DOOR CODE: 8745 (front door, same code for game room building) 

To unlock door ... 

  1. Press "Yale" on touch screen to awake the pad. 

  2. Press "8745" 

  3. Press the check mark to unlock

  4. The key code is on the door knob. Enter the numbers & press the lock button turn the knob.

FIREWOOD:  Firewood is not provided Many highway businesses in Hochatown sell bundles of firewood logs. Remember to stop and pick up a bundle for your campfires. Don't build a fire on a windy day and ALWAYS put out your fires with water!
